Was excited…now I'chiliad scared
Bought the Bright Lights eyeliner in Mint and was actually excited to attempt it, just the second I opened it, it smelled like paint thinner. Tried it on my hand first and seems to dry down well, merely super liquid in its initial awarding, so makes me wonder if the texture and odor have any correlation…sorry because it looks like a great production but too scared to blind myself or cause some other heinous skin effect.
